We aim to process and ship orders within 24 hours unless a product is out of stock-in that case we will contact you within 24 hours to let you know how long till the product is back in stock, roughly 3 weeks. Delivery times are estimates and may vary.

5. Returns & Refunds

As stated in our Returns & Refunds Policy, we do not accept returns for loose leaf tea and tea ware due to health and safety regulations.
